Why 'Objectivity' Consulting?
Two simple reasons. Firstly, from a strategic and an operational point of view, we don’t do anything without first establishing good objectives and making sure everyone understands them.  And 'good' here can mean a lot of things.

Projects need objectives; decisions need them; companies need them; teams need them; individuals need them.  What are the chances of hitting a target if the effort required to hit it involves 10, 20, 30, or 1000 people who don't know where the target is?

Secondly, objectivity and rationality are important to us. We believe that unmanaged ego and subjectivity are among the biggest barriers to people collaborating effectively to plan and execute programs and projects.

That’s not to say that we eliminate subjectivity, or even attempt to. We love it. We use it, harness it and engage it appropriately in order to increase objectivity.
